I use it n place of rice and pasta. Subtle/neutral taste that works well as a base for salads and other meals. Also quite filling.
I love to soak buckwheat groats overnight, and then blend together with frozen berries, frozen banana, some nut butter, coconut (and sometimes some protein power) to make a delicious smoothie bowl. Give it a try!
Tried buckwheat for the first time on my wheat-free diet. It was surprisingly fragrant. I froze the cooked buckwheat in portions, and it worked well.
I absolutely love the versatility of buckwheat as a replacement to rice and pasta. Buckwheat cooks quickly, and is a real comfort food. I love the fact that it is gluten free. Try it, youll be hooked!
I just love buckwheat! It is very healthy, quick to make and filling! Goes well with different types of meals (sauces/flavours).
