I have been taking these capsules for 3 weeks now and can already feel a great difference. I was lethargic before whereas am feeling much stronger which has also helped when I exercise. In the beginning I did feel as if I was getting a cold (I didn ) which is a good sign as it means I was detoxing but after a few days this went and I now feel really good. I also find it has helped control my appetite. I haven seen a change in my skin/hair yet but maybe that will come. Either way, I am pleased to have found this product.

I have only recently started taking these capsules and I can already feel the difference - I no longer have indigestion! I shall continue taking this - I even sprinkle a capsule over my doggies food for parasites and overall good health.
