I used a sleeping tablet every night and decided to try Melatonin. Faithful to Nature has the best product. Now Foods Melatonin provided the best solution for me as I was not able to fall asleep when going to bed. It took me 2 nights and by the 3rd night I was able to sleep. It is such value for money too as it is 60 capsules and you take 1 capsule at night (3 mg of Melatonin) . I Recommend this product and fro ordering online to delivery in another province was very impressive!
I suffer from insomnia and the Melatonin is definitely helping. However, it does take a good week to have an effect and I had to take two in order to go to sleep.
Melatonin is such a great supplement to help you sleep well at night. When I know I'll struggle to sleep (because of stress, overtired or ahead of a trip, etc.), I take one capsule which helps me have a good night's rest. It's a natural product, which I don't mind taking.
Works so well and quickly! Feel so sleepy not long after taking it. I would still wake up during the night but fell back asleep quickly. I also started to see positive change of sleeping through the night like the other reviews say.
Its very helpful. Keeps me asleep. Took a few hours for it to kick in but once asleep, I only woke up in the morning.
