Directions
Diatomaceous Erath has a unique, earthy taste, when consumed in water. The Powder can therefore be added into your favorite smoothie or fresh juice to improve the taste. To detox start with 1/2 a teaspoon and gradually build up to 1-2 teaspoons of Diatomaceous earth powder daily for 6 weeks. Then reduce to 1/2 teaspoon daily to maintain the benefit of the bio-silica trace elements.
