Ashwagandha, also known as Indian Ginseng, has been used in Ayurvedic medicine where it’s believed to rejuvenate the mind & the body. It’s said to have calming effects that may alleviate stress & help those who are suffering from fatigue.
Gotu Kola is believed to ease the effects of stress on the body & reduce feelings of anxiety.
Holy Basil is a great adaptogen & antioxidant. It’s believed to ease anxiety, help to balance emotions, & help to boost your immunity.

Directions:

Dosage: 25ml - 50ml daily.
Morning and/or night.
If you are taking any cognitive medications consult a physician before consuming this product.

I am SO glad you are finally stocking this wonderful product. It reduced my anxiety/stress levels enormously, and I felt great when I first tried it. Highly recommend it, especially for elderly folk who are forgetful or anxious.

This sure zaps one with a feeling of vitality. I love that it treats the gut with kombucha and Ayurvedic medicine for the brain

I love the taste of this but occasionally I have bought and it has bubbled up and spilled out and has over fermented despite being still ok as far as expiry date goes. I had one bottle which gave a short expiry period which I think is probably accurate. I had another bottle which gave a two year expiry period which was one of the ones that bubbled over and didn't taste good. Had to chuck that one out. So expiry dates need attention

Tasty!!! I am in love. Pity it is too expensive to gulp down a bottle a day. But. It is that good. Also feel more energetic, calmer and focussed, but mildly so.
