Directions

Warnings
Contra-indications: Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Not to be used in: stomach ulcers, intestinal ulcers, pre-existing kidney disease, liver conditions and liver damage, inflammatory bowel disease, intestinal obstruction and undiagnosed pain and during menstruation. Not to be taken by children under the age of 12 years old or generally debilitated persons.
Side-effects and special precautions: may cause irritation of the stomach and stimulation of the intestines. Discontinue usage if sensitive or allergic reactions are experienced
Known symptoms of over dosage and particulars of its treatment:
Symptoms can include headache, trembling, stupor, convulsions, abdominal pain with griping and inflammation, nausea, vomiting and severe diarrhoea, may be accompanied by dry mouth and severe thirst from fluid loss. Habitual and chronic use results in weakness, hypokalemia and melanization of the colon, often serious with children and underweight individuals. Overdose treatment is symptomatic and supportive with fluids and electrolytes.
