Esse Microderm Exfoliator leaves skin beautifully cleansed. This organic facial polish is made with botanical ingredients and is perfect for mature skin.

A note on Benzyl Alcohol: The Ecocert Organic logo demands that 95% of the total ingredients must be of natural origin. In all of World Organics skin and beauty products a minimum of 99.1% in the formula TOSC5 of ingredients are of natural origin. The balance of ingredients are the extremely safe food grade preservatives of Potassium Sorbate and Benzyl Alcohol Dehydroacetic Acid.

The concern with hydrogenated oils is that there is the possibility of generating trans fats. If the reaction conditions are carefully controlled then this can be avoided and this is the case with the hydrogenated oils in our products. In other words, the oils are processed at low temperatures to avoid trans fats in the final products.

Please Note: The ascorbyl palmitate that may be used in this Esse product is a derivative of ascorbic acid and palmitic acid - the palmitic acid is isolated from either coconut, rape seed or palm oil. Esse have insured to use a supplier that has RSPO certification for times where palm oil is used in their products.

This is my favourite product in the Esse range. It is super gentle and works perfectly on my very dry skin. I also love the smell and texture.

The word exfoliator is very misleading. The product feels like a mask with no exfoliator particles in. I would not recommend for oily skin. It feels like the pores are more clogged after using it.

I use this product together with the Esse cream mask and the combination leaves my skin hydrated, plumped and soft. It also helps with my enlarged pores. I especially like that for an exfoliator it doesn't irritate or dry my skin out.

Definitely feels more like a mask than an exfoliator, but does the job well! Especially great for sensitive skin. Used weekly, my skin has been happier.

I just love the feel of my skin after using this gentle exfoliator. It feels so smooth and clean. I apply the cream mask afterwards after toning, often leaving it on overnight.
