A Note on Benzyl Alcohol: The Ecocert Organic logo demands that 95% of the total ingredients must be of natural origin. In all of World Organics skin and beauty products a minimum of 99.1% in the formula TOSC5 of ingredients are of natural origin. The balance of ingredients are the extremely safe food grade preservatives of Potassium Sorbate and Benzyl Alcohol Dehydroacetic Acid.

Please Note: The ascorbyl palmitate that may be used in this Esse product is a derivative of ascorbic acid and palmitic acid - the palmitic acid is isolated from either coconut, rape seed or palm oil. Esse have insured to use a supplier that has RSPO certification for times where palm oil is used in their products.

I have been using Esse products on my face exclusively for the last 3 years. This scrub is delicious! Like you could literally eat it, its so chocolatey! It is gentle yet gets the scrubbing job done.

Smells like hot chocolate. A little bit grainy when you put it on your face but melts away as you buff your face - a good thing, because it stops you from damaging your skin from rubbing too mich. I would use it often though as it is not a strong exfoliator.

This exfoliator... Love the warm feeling and the smell.. My skin is so super soft after this.. so gentle and amazing for senstive skin.

First it smells awesome! And then the packaging is just beautiful, I love anything in glass. The grains are not large and so doesn't scrub my skin too roughly. I havent used it long enough to see long term results, but so far only good comments. It's more of a luxury product that smoothes the skin and leaves it feeling soft. Price is good if you can afford it, but not 100% affordable.

I adore everything that Esse makes - this scrub is brilliant, granules dissolve after a bit of massaging and leaves your skin soft. Smells good enough to eat!
