Our strict ingredient policy means we use real plants (teas, fruits, botanicals, spices, roots, herbs) and don’t use any colourants, flavourants, preservatives, or hidden chemical processing agents.

Our commitment to truly artisan methods not only yields the best quality and health benefits, it supports skill development and stewardship of traditional techniques in a modern context. All products are brewed in small batches and then, bottled, labelled, and packed by hand.

Theonista has remained solely run by our female founder and it is staffed by a team composed almost entirely of women who have been with us from the very beginning.
