Culture Mushrooms are a bunch of super fun guys based in Cape Town, South Africa. Culture Mushrooms grow their very own Oyster Mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus) at Contermanskloof Farm in a rotational grow room without the use of any chemical fertilizers or pesticides. From their fungi, they make a delectable selection of mushroom biltongs, seasoned in sea salt, black pepper, coriander, cumin, mustard, and garlic amongst others. Their mushroom biltong is a unique, vegan twist on a traditional South African favourite. And the result is something truly special.
