Directions:

• Diffuse 5 - 10 drops of Restful Sleep Blend in your diffuser approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to sleep.
• Alternatively, dilute Restful Sleep with a preferred carrier oil and apply it to your pulse points (temples, wrists, behind the ears, and on the soles of the feet).
• Use a recommended 2 - 4% dilution for skin application.
