Directions:

• Diffuse 5 - 10 drops of Anxiety Away Blend in your diffuser, car diffuser or diffuser jewellery.
• Alternatively, dilute Anxiety Away with a preferred carrier oil and apply it to your pulse points (temples, wrists, behind the ears, and on the soles of the feet).
• Use a recommended 2 - 4% dilution for skin application.
