Been using Youthology for over 2 months now and can honestly see the difference in my skin... overall plumper and more hydrated
I am in my mid-twenties and didn't expect to notice much, but wow, was I wrong!
The biggest difference I have noticed since starting Youthology is the shift in my energy levels. I went from feeling regularly fatigued and avoiding energy-exerting activities to feeling energised and excited about working out - this is big for me!
I no longer feel that groggy feeling when I wake up and I have lasting energy throughout the day without that awful afternoon slump. And I don’t feel nearly as exhausted when I’m menstruating.
I have also noticed my skin is way less affected by hormonal fluctuations, yay!
It's very pricey but out of all the ranges available of collagen supplementation I have looked at, I found this one to be the best quality. It's the only one my body says yes to. So perhaps the price is worth it? (I tried the sample sent to me with my last order).
