This is the best brand for me and their MCT powder did not dissapoint. No side effects of nausea or feeling dizzy like i.ve had from another brand . It.s definitely good quality !
I bought this as MCT is well known to help keep you full for longer. I completed my bottle and now just drink a normal protein shake without this in the morning. I can definitely notice a difference as I don't stay as full for longer and get hungry much quicker.
It is expensive, but you only use a tablespoon a day.
Mixes really well in your coffee, no lumps or anything like that. Give my coffee a slightly creamier taste. Deff helps keep you full for longer and if you doing intermittent fasting i would recommend.
Best to stick to one a day
I use this in my coffee when I'm intermittent fasting - it is the best creamer!
