Directions:
- Adults: Two to six vegetable capsules daily with a large glass of water (250 ml), distributed throughout the day, preferably away from meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.

My husband suffers from diverticulitis flare ups, and when I saw this formula has soluble and insoluble fibre, I ordered straight away. So far so good, he only takes 2 capsules in the morning so far, and has found a marked difference in his #2's - more volume and more than once a day now - he is starting to feel alot better, without realising that this could be a reason for him feeling a bit sluggish of late.
Good value for money for the amount you get. This supplement is helping to relieve my constipation.
