The oil extracted from this fruit is of immense use in Aromatherapy for giving relaxing massages. Texture wise, the oil is a bit heavy and lends a waxy fatty feel to the skin. It penetrates deeply into the skin. It is a rich source of vitamin A and D that are very vital for the human body. It also has a high content of lecithin and potassium.
Description
Carrier oils are generally cold pressed vegetable oils. In aromatherapy these oils are used as a base into which the highly concentrated essential oils are diluted. Each carrier oil has its own unique properties which have many benefits in aromatherapy. Blended with essential oils, or on their own, these oils can be used for massage or as bath oils.

Nourishing and soothing. It leaves my skin feeling soft. It does not have a great smell, but that can be overcome by adding other oils.
I swapped argan for avocado oil as a carrier oil this time around. I knew it would be different but this one is quite thick and a the color is deep green/yellow. I put other essential oil for the smell.
I cannot get over the awesomeness of this oil, neither can I ever live without it. I use it from head to toe and it never fails to moisturize and condition
I love using this oil for a face moisturiser. I usually add a drop or two of Soil's lavender or orange oil as well.
