Description

There’s just so much goodness in this all-natural hair treatment formula.

Honey: Antiseptic and antifungal, honey has great cleansing properties. It’s also a powerful moisturiser for your locks, packed full of rejuvenating antioxidants.
Beeswax: Hydrating and protective, helps to prevent dry, brittle hair and split ends.
Coconut butter: The natural equivalent of a hot oil treatment! Coconut butter is full of easily absorbed nutrients, and ideal for taming frizzy hair.
Rosemary oil: Dilates the hair follicles to stimulate faster, healthier hair growth. This herb also has great natural conditioning properties.

Directions:

Warm up 1Tbsp of hair treatment and apply to dry hair.
Leave in for 30 minutes and wash out with a Simply Bee shampoo - apply the shampoo dry and rinse with warm water.
Store below 25°C (77°F), out of direct sunlight.

Having read the reviews, I was skeptical to try this product. But I loved it! It smells great, and even works well when added to a protein treatment. My hair type is 4a/4b natural hair with high porosity, so it takes well to products that seal in moisture. I can dig that it's not for everyone, but it certainly worked for me.

I bought this product in 2016, used it once. I couldn't get all the product out of my hair so I ended up going to the hairdresser to have my hair washed. Last night, after 3 years of travelling this product across the globe (I couldn't get myself to just throw this away), I tried it again. I still don't have all of the product out of my hair. Made me happy to read that I was not the only one.

I also battled with getting it out of my hair. I have quite long hair so try not to wash too frequently because my hair then becomes very dry. I had to wash my hair multiple times over 2 days to get it all out. The 2nd time I used it, was better, because I used very little and only on my tips. Pity because I really love The simply bee shampoo and conditioner I bought.

I enjoy many of Simply Bee’s products but sadly this one was very disappointing. it left my hair completely oily and feeling like straw. I had to wash it a few times to remove the oil. Using the product for my wooden furniture now.

I wanted to love this. I have dry hair and frequently have to pre-poo just so my hair doesn't feel super dry after washing so I thought this would be perfect for me. It wasn't. I expected slip, I didn't get it. I expected to retain moisture, I didn't. I ended up using it to boost my deep conditioner. Seemed to work ok but I won't be repurchasing but I would recommend that everyone use it atleast once just to see if it works out for you.
