Directions

As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Warnings

Tulsi may lower blood sugar levels. Those with diabetes (high blood sugar) and hypoglycaemia (low blood sugar) should use with caution, under the guidance of a healthcare practitioner.

I was so glad to have found holy basil as a supplement. I have used the tea and found it calming but I don't remember to drink it all the time (I'm more of a coffee person anyway). When I saw the capsules I had to get it. And it works. If feel much calmer and less anxious.

After extensive research, my husband started taking Sfera Tulsi Holy Basil about a month ago to treat a bad prostate infection. He tried many products during the past three years, with very little success. His prostate problem was so bad that he had to get up 5-6 times a night. This wonderful herb reduced this to once a night! And last night, for the first time, he admitted that his problem is 80% better! Very good news indeed. He also started using Sfera Maca, so I don't know whether it is a combination of the two products, or only Holy Basil which caused the healing of the prostate. Thank you for a wonderful product.
