Directions:

• Add a solution of warm sterile water & 1 teaspoon of fine Himalayan salt to neti pot.
• Tilt your head sideways over a sink & place the spout of neti pot into your upper nostril.
• Gently pour water & Himalayan salt solution into your nostril so that the liquid drains through the lower nostril.
• Repeat on the other side.

Care Instructions:

• Wash neti pot with hot water & antibacterial soap.
• Dry the neti pot with a fresh towel or let it air dry.
• Wash after every use.
• Store in a cool, dry place.
