Vitamin K2 is essential for strong bones and preventing osteoporosis as it promotes the calcification of bones and it also prevents the calcification of blood vessels. It is a great heart health booster. I love this brand and taking one capsule a day is very convenient.
Although it is too soon to report results, Sally Ann Creed brand has a good name and this products seems pretty clean. It's a comfort to be able to find decent products, with minimal fillers, preservatives and other unwanted lurgies
Tried this for the first time and disappointed that I paid so much for it but had to stop because of the side effects.
