I love this tea first thing as I'm starting to feel sick. Starts fighting off the bad bugs & makes me feel gooooood inside.
This tea really saved me and helped my issues with my lungs after a terrible bout of Covid. Also has a really great taste
Even though I don't really like the taste I would still recommend it for the elderberry, which is the reason I bought it. Licorice fans will probably love this. I could smell the licorice before I even opened the box; however I find the flavours a bit weak even if I leave it to steep for a while. I'm not the biggest tea fan anyway so my review is biased. I only drink it for the antioxidants and to not have too much coffee.
I love this tea, enjoy it without sugar/honey the first time I drank it I was fatigued and it gave me a power nap. Since I started drinking it I actually stopped taking immune boaster tablets, I feel so light and healthier. I already ordered for both my siblings and once a week I check the availability as it's mostly out of stock or low stock in Joburg.
Really great tea especially during Winter months - very soothing for sore throats, and laryngitis with tight chest ensuring deep restful sleep.
