Pukka’s detoxing tea blend is made with a selection of cleansing herbs that help to improve digestion. The mix of fennel, aniseed, cardamom and liquorice gives this tea a lovely aroma and flavour, while working to soothe and calm your digestive system.
Description
This is a mild and calming digestive tea that you can enjoy daily. Each herb in this detoxifying blend has been chosen for its special health benefits:
- Aniseed works to improve digestion, alleviates cramps and flatulence
- Fennel seed is full of antioxidants and dietary fibre
- Cardamom seed improves digestion and metabolism
- Liquorice root calms and soothes the digestive system
Directions
Infuse the tea bag for at least 5 minutes in freshly boiled water.

This tea has a great flavour, and I hope it will eliminate toxins. I alternate with green tea to get some balance during the week.
This is my favourite Pukka tea. The taste is great. Not too sweet and the licorice root flavour also not too pronounced like in some of the other Pukka teas. I enjoy it after a meal, makes me feel relaxed and definitely aids digestion. I have no signs of bloating when I am drinking this tea regularly (4-5 times a week).
Love this tea, drink it at least 3 times a week. The flavours work so well together and it is delicious that the health benefits is a bonus.
What I noticed drinking it for after 2 days (empty stomach am and pm before bedtime): reduced acne, improved face skin texture, calmed stomach but it's not a laxative
I'm in love with this tea! Super soothing at the end of summer - good balance between being a warming and cooling tea
