Directions:
- Take on an empty stomach to increase the survivability of the organisms through the gastric system.
- Week one: take 10ml daily before breakfast.
- Week two: take 5ml daily before breakfast.
- Week three: take 10ml every second day before breakfast.
- After week four: take a minimum of 30ml per week (before breakfast).
- After antibiotics, restart course from week one.

Fantastic soil / spore probiotic, my heartburn and stomach upset subsided in mere days. Incredibly affordable for a soil / spore based probiotic. If the normal slew of probiotics are not doing anything for you, highly recommend this and a saccromyces boulardii blend along with it for recovery from most digestive issues. Soil probiotics are what we used to get when we still grew our own food in the ground, picked and washed them ourselves and ate them. Soil probiotics are quite resistant to degrading in the digestive tract and therefor colonize the gut very effectively. Along with eating very healthy when my stomach is in distress, this, is a pure winner.
