Think of this as the Hemp Bar but without the sprouted buckwheat. It's just as unbelievable taste, but slightly smoother and richer. I am in love with these bars!
This is more like a brownie than a bar of chocolate. It has a strong chocolate flavour and is dark and satisfying.
Also please note that these bars are 50g - 55g, not 60g (even with packaging).
If you're a dark-chocoholic, then this is the bar for you! Super yummy with the dates bringing in a lovely taste and texture (but if you aren't a fan of dates, don't worry, neither am I! The date flavour mixes nicely with the raw chocolate).
If you are used to sugar then this would be a good way to go sugar free, but take note it is very sweet.
My husband is addicted to these. He recently quit refined sugars and this satisfies his sweet tooth. Kind of reminds me of halva. Yum!
