Norah's De-Alcoholised Valley Silk White is made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes from the Western Cape. This de-alcoholised, dry white wine is crisp & delicate. It carries the aroma of desiccated pineapple & mango. The palate is light & yet generous with the taste of pineapple & mango repeated alongside winter melon & an undertow of sweet tropical limes. Enjoy wine without worrying about the effects of alcohol.

Did you know? Norah’s Valley wine is de-alcoholised through the process in which the wine is put through a spinning cone that sends it through different membranes at high revolution, removing the alcohol.
