I blend this with a small banana - it tastes great! I also sneak some into my kid's Harvest Table Girl Tween Shake and they have no problem downing it :)

Not the best taste when drinking it with just almond milk but really not that bad either. I prefer adding it to a smoothie. Packed with so much nutrition. I felt a slump in energy the first 3 days after drinking it but then my body got used to it and now I feel energized after drinking it.

Absolutely delicious and super health benefits. Love it. Less protein than some other protein powders so I mix them together. Best of both
