Everything you’ll need:
- 1 bag of MojoMe Chocolate Brownies Mix
- ¼ cup of water
- ½ cup of vegetable oil or melted butter
- 3 eggs (incl. yolk) for “cakey” brownies or 2 eggs (incl. yolk) for “fudgy” brownies
Directions:
- Make sure you have everything you’ll need
- Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F
- Blend the Almond Cake Mix with ¼ cup of water, ½ cup of vegetable oil or melted butter, and 3 or 2 large eggs until mixture is uniform in texture
- Pour batter into baking pan and begin cooking immediately
- Bake for 30 mins
- Remove from the oven when the brownies pass the toothpick test*
*Poke the brownies about 5cms from the edge of the pan with a toothpick; when it comes out clean the cake is ready

Unfortunately I also didn't like the taste of these at all. Some sort of sweeter definitely needs to be added to the mix. Considering the amount of butter and eggs you need to add to the mix, it's really not worth the calories. Tried finishing one serving, ended up throwing the rest away.
Great choice for someone on the Keto diet. No funny aftertaste like some similar products available on the market. Guilt-free alternative when entertaining guests.
Nice and simple to mix and bake. Could have been a little bit sweeter though but you can add sweetness if you add an topping of choice.
Delicious death-by-chocolate! My diabetic brother and I enjoyed these a lot. We dusted ours with erythritol for extra sweetness and it was a definite hit. Will use fewer than the recommended 5 large eggs next time for a more "fudgey" texture.
Worst baking premix I have ever tried. The batter was stiff and unworkable, and the final product tasted terrible! It was so bitter, it just went straight into the bin - waste of time and money. Chocolate hearts are gimmicky and don't improve anything about the mixture. Btw - The instructions in the description are different from those on the bag.
