Masterstock Hibiscus Salt

Masterstock’s Organic Hibiscus Flower Salt is a limited seasonal harvest of tart tasting hibiscus petals and hand-harvested sea-salt. The Hibiscus blooms are slow dried, and hand-blended to add an extra facet to the staple salt. Add generously and creatively to all meals that need just that little something to make them special.

Did you know? Natural farming is an ecological approach to agricultural, developed by Japanese farmer Masanobu Fukuoka, aimed at preventing biodiversity loss, erosion, and water pollution. The design is such that the pre-existing, local ecosystem is what dicatates what crops are farmed; not vice versa. It differs from bio-dynamic farming methods in that it is a closed system which requires no human-supplied input.
