I have a very sensitive digestive system and find this prebiotic very helpful. I’ve studied a few medical journals and according to the authors, one actually needs prebiotics to have your probiotics function optimally. The product is a bit pricey, but the advantages are great.
As a senior my gut wall is very sensitive. I also have a high dairy sensitivity.
This Prebiotic is restoring my gut together with L- Glutamine powder . Its high fibre content restores healthy bowel motions in a normal way unlike laxatives.
