Before purchasing I read the reviews as I did not want to waste money on another solution that did not work. I am also aware that people react differently to products, which I hope if the case here. The capsules are doing absolutely nothing for me, I wasted my money.
While I do think the product helps to suppress appetite, the taste and smell are extremely strong and I have found that I have an acidic stomach reaction to it. Would be ideal if it was more neutral in taste and smell.
GOOD APPETITE SUPPRESSANT. LOVE THE ODOUR. JUST ORDERED THE NIGHT CRAVES SUPPRESANT IN ADDITION. WILL SEE HOW THE COMBINATION WORKS. SO FAR, AM SATISFIED.
Felt awful while on this product: I first tried the Kogita Night Craves and that was a disaster (see my review with that product) and then thought I'd try the Super Suppress, but, it still gave me palpitations and left me feeling awful with tummy cramps.
The effect of the capsule does not always feel the same. Sometimes it gives me energy, sometimes not. It definitely suppresses my appetite quite a bit. I changed from 1 capsule twice a day to 2 capsules twice a day. Seems to work better that way.
