I liked the sound of this, but won't buy it again. Too lumpy and when left in fridge or freezer (as double or whipped cream replacement), becomes too hard and not whippable.

Always thought I knew what coconut cream tastes like until I tried this product. It comes at a premium, but oh my, it is worth it!

So full of creamy goodness and love that it is organic. Reading through the reviews I noticed someone thinks it’s reduced fat, not the case, 22% is standard full coconut cream.
