I am still in shock at how well this worked. I got off the pill in 2021 and I hadn't had my period in 1 year and 2 months. I went to the gynae 5 months in and she told me I was healthy and that I should wait it out. Well, I waited a year and still nothing. I've eaten healthy, worked out but still nothing. To make thinbs worse, my weight didn't budge. It felt like I was working against my own body.As part of my healthy journey, I decided to get better quality multivitamins on here. I was about to checkout when I came across Olio DIM as one of the best reviewed products. Granted, most reviews were for cystic acne but I figured if it could help with cystic acne then it must be doing something hornonally. I was ready to try anything at that point. With no prior knowledge on DIM, I purchased. They arrived 3 days later. Day 1: I took one in the evening and went to bed. Day 2: I took another in the morning. I started spotting in the evening before I'd even taken the second one! I cried tears of joy. I didnt realise how much this was affecting me mentally until that point. I am currently on my period (Day 3).
This product is amazing!! I wish I could give it 10 stars. I'm not sure why more gynaecologists don't prescribe it as a solution. I will be stocking up to help balance my hormones and reduce my estrogen levels. Absolutely incredible.
Through the first month of using this product I did not notice any changes until about two weeks after that. My acne had just calmed down so much and I have been using it for three months. It did not improve my skin texture but acne has stopped. I use one tablet a day to avoid side effects.
I've learnt about the benefits of using DIM through Dr. Eric Berg. He mentioned that DIM supports the liver as it may detoxify/remove excess hormones when there's an estrogen dominance. I'm 52 years old and fighting the hot flashes. I reckoned that I may as well give DIM a try. After the second day and night of using the product, I'm sleeping so much better as I don't get woken up by the hot flashes any more.
Used this for a month in conjunction with a homeopathic remedy and the cystic acne has gone away. Still have pimples and blemishes but it's so much better. Would definitely consider it again.
I have finally found something that has helped with my hormonal breakouts! For years I have tried different creams and pills to try and fix my breakouts.. Already after my first bottle I don’t have any cystic pimples and I’ve even lost some weight so I think the DIM has balanced my hormone too… I will defiantly recommend this to everyone
