Directions:

• Raw Fynbos Honey: Add to oats, smoothies, breakfast bowls and toast. Ideal to use when baking.
• Smooth Peanut Butter: Use as a spread for toast or sandwiches, add to smoothies, oats, baked treats or enjoy straight from the jar.
• Tahini: Best enjoyed as a paste, dip, dressing or sauce in Eastern and Mediterranean recipes.

Care Instructions:

• Store in a cool, dark place.
• Use within the expiry date.
• Raw honey naturally crystallizes. To liquify, simply place the container in warm water.
• Stir Peanut Butter and tahini before use. Due to the nature of these products separation will occur.
