I am on my second bottle of this stuff - I mix it in a little water just before bed. The taste is interesting but not bad. I don take it all the time - as it is a bit pricey but I sleep like a baby when I do! Definitely recommend!

It doesn't taste great and its pricey, but its still my preferred choice. I don't use a lot and it definitely helps with sleep. I give it to my kids mixed in a little juice too.

Great quality products. I always take in juice on a full stomach since I found it makes me a bit nauseous otherwise but try what works for you.

It tastes foul and there is no way I could get it down without juice but I’m so happy with the quality that I wouldn’t consider another product. It’s worth the price.

I am not 100% sure I would advise...it tastes really really bad and the taste lingers...I am trying to maybe squirt it down my throat..mixed it with honey..not good.
