Directions:
Heat Therapy:

• Heat the FLAXi Bag in the microwave on high for 2 minutes.
• Place the bag over the affected area.

Cold Compress:

• Place the FLAXi Bag in a sealed freezer bag.
• Freeze for 30 minutes, or until cold.
• Place the bag over the affected area.

Care Instructions:

• Lightly spot-clean the bag with a damp sponge. Do not wash or immerse in water.
• Store your FLAXi Bag in a sealed container, to preserve the lavender fragrance.
• A FLAXi Bag may last for several years, but we recommend replacing it yearly.

Caution:

• Do not heat the bag for more than 3 minutes.
• Never cover a heated FLAXi Bag.
• If you notice a burning smell coming from the bag, allow it to cool & then dispose of it.
