This is an absolutely delicious treat!
BUT if you are strictly low-carb / keto then be careful as one bar will use up almost your whole carb allowance for the day. For this reason, I found the label a little bit misleading.
Its very chewy. And it doesnt taste like salted caramel to me. But I guess its a good option if you want something quick and on the go. Yes it does have carbs, but the fibre content is also very high so just 1,5 g of carbs per bar.
A really good snack option to tide you over until lunch or dinner. Salted caramel and white chocolate peanut butter are my favourite flavours.
