A note from our supplier: Pentylene Glycol has a zero listed hazard rating in Cosmetic Data Base and there are 23 published articles which provide interesting data and note studies done back in the 1970’s – in all of these, there was only one case listed of Dermatitis in Belgium and two cases in Cleveland, Ohio, in which the use of a topical cream containing Pentylene Glycol was suspected (not determined) to be the cause of the Dermatitis. www.ewg.org (Skin Deep Data Base) rates Pentylene Glycol as zero hazard. On www.goodguide.com it is listed as having no health concerns and is not on their list of hazardous ingredients. We use Pentylene Glycol only in our creams and lotions, which contain a higher water content and therefore need a proven strong preservative, and we consider it to be the safest and healthiest preservative currently available in the absence of a reliable natural preservative.

Lovely product. Only thing that works for the eczema on my eyelids. I am however sad that the packaging has changed. It used to come in a beautiful glass container as shown in the picture. The actual packaging however is much more underwhelming

My son battles with eczema on his hands, especially in winter. Within a few days the angry red patches have disappeared and healed beautifully. He carries it with him wherever he goes. Helps every time.

I use this as a moisturiser. I get a strange dermatitis and by washing my skin with bicarb and then using this product, I've been pretty skin problem-free for two years.

Yep, I still love this! It soothes the itching and it helps the skin to heal without making it feel clammy or blocked which over greasy / petroleum creams do which just leads to more scratching! Highly recommended. Wish it came in bigger containers.

After several ointments prescribed by my doctor this really help for my eczema combined with the Bee-natural face cream. Dons feel bad using it often because it is so natural. I can see how it works, takes about 2 weeks.
