Directions
- Mix 1tsp into fruit juice or smoothies
- Sprinkle 1tsp over salads or cooked food as a supplement
- Serving suggestion: Taking supplements with vitamin C can improve absorption, so add to your spirulina powder to freshly-squeezed orange juice
- Store in a cool, dry & dark place
- After opening, keep in an airtight container

I love this product.
I would recommend that you drink it with juice (I used freshly squeezed orange juice) to mask the taste and increase the absorption of the vitamins.
The first time I drank it I experienced detoxing symptoms (headache). I suffer from migraines and low blood pressure so would highly advise people that do too to eat when they take this supplement.
Be careful when opening and closing it as the powder is very fine and easily messes.
I introduced it to the family I au pair for when the 2 young kids were ill and within a week (alongside other natural remedies) they were 100%. I use it as a daily supplement. They are a bit fussy about the taste but the fresh orange juice really helps.
Please don't change a thing!
Great quality and can really feel the effects straight away. It's like an alertness of feeling, of being alive. The flavour is not great but nothing is 100% perfect.
Gives a beautiful colour to smoothies and adds great benefits for the body! Not personally a fan of the flavour but can be masked with strong flavored fruits.
This stuff is vile. I couldn't finish my bag because I'm a wuss when it comes to algae apparently, but good for the body if you can get it down.
What a convenient and great product. Made myself a mix with all the "green powders" and I can feel it working from deep inside.
