Recipe for Flax Meal Microwave Breakfast Pudding:
A quick and easy recipe for cold mornings!

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup Health Connection Flaxseed Powder
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 egg
  • Honey or agave to taste
  • Handful of fresh or frozen berries & nuts

Method:

  • Mix the flax powder, egg & water in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for approx. 45 seconds.
  • Mix in the berries & nuts; a spoonful of peanut butter makes a great addition too.
  • Microwave for 45-60 more seconds.
  • Stir & enjoy!

I use this is in cooking and foods as a nutrient source and it is a great vegan egg substitute. Pleasant, nutty tatse.
Chuck it in some oats or a smoothie and it's a great way to get the good stuff into your body.
Not a huge fan of the taste of flax seeds but this works great in smoothies or mixed into oats. Great value for money.
I use this in my porridge. Definitely helps with my constipation, but it does leave me bloated. I prefer to use it alternative days.
Love this. I have a very sensitive tummy, and that makes it hard to get all the good stuff when you can't actually eat any of it. This is a great way to keep my gut healthy, and it tastes lovely.
