Best banting rusks l have found. Healthy (no sugar) and tasty (no aftertaste associated with artificial sweeteners) without the allergens associated with gluten. Winner!
I did not enjoy them, something too sweet I thought. However, I will try and use it as a substitute for breadcrumbs and see how it goes.
Gluten free greatness! Different taste from regular rusks but the taste grows on you. I started looking forward to my morning rusk.
I love these rusks. The best tasting Banting (and non Banting actually) rusks that I’ve tried. And at a reasonable price compared to some other low carb rusks.
The buttermilk rusks in this range have a much better texture and flavour, but it's as expected for a banting product containing flax seed.
