Directions

My mother takes this every night one hour before bed. She struggles a lot with falling asleep. It really works!!! Bought it a few times already!
After years of severe insomnia I am coming off sleeping pills with the help of 5HTP (found in Deep Sleep in its natural form as part of Griffonia Extract). Initially, 1 Capsule of Deep Sleep + 1 tablet of Valerian root at 7 pm, repeated at 9pm. Now down to only once at 9pm. This is not a magic wand, but worth a try if you are on a mission to ditch benzodiazepines and their appaling side-effects.
Not that bad, does make me feel tired but I have to take it early in order to sleep around 10pm. I take 2 to 3 tablets though
I gave this a try once. I didn't know if it was working since it was taken with a collagen supplement before bed. I stopped the collagen and tried another bottle of this. And it actually helped SO much more than the collagen and with getting my sleeping pattern back to normal after a few days off. The deep sleep you experience and minimal waking helps you to get through the day without any severe fatigue, even after only a few hours' sleep.
I managed to sleep an hour extra to approximately 5 hours. I dont feel tired when waking up but would have love to reach a minimum of 6 hours due to long hours of night shift.
