This is a fantastic omega 3 oil product especially if you can’t tolerate fish oils. My skin gets so dry in winter and this definitely makes a difference.

Good product, but would be a great one if the EPA dose was increased. I may have to look for another veg option for Omega 3 supplement.

Its is great that its a vegan source of Omega and good source of DHA...But because their is such a little EPA in it you need to take more than one in order to feel some benefits and then it gets quite pricey. So I will def recommend to anyone who is doing a plant based diet but they might need to also supplement other sources of plant Omega in order to actually feel substantial benefits...this is purely based on my reaction to the product. I have tried Fish based omega supplements and could immediately feel the difference...with this product I had to up the dosage before I started noticing a difference. But might not be the case for others.
