Over the years I've tried many natural hayfever remedies and this is hands down the most effective. I finished the first bottle and had forgotten where I bought it. Almost cried with relief when I found it at FTN. :) Highly recommend it!
It works for congestion, but wont work if you have histamine intolerance. I take it 3x a day and it definitely helps to keep my sinuses open
