I needed a water based eye make up remover because of permanent eye lash extensions. This product works perfectly. Cleans thoroughly and have no effect on my eyes (does not cause burning). A bit pricey though.

Poor quality packaging. Pump action of dispenser didn’t work, therfore I need to unscrew top to get product out. Very frustrating. The creamy remover is lovely. Just a pity the packaging doesn’t do it justice.

Such an easy and gentle way to remove make-up. My Esse eye make up remover lasts for a long time and smells wonderful. I highly recommend!

This product does not take off your makeup any more than their cleansers. Not a good makeup remover for waterproof mascara or bright colours.

I LOVE this eye makeup remover! Been on the hunt for a sensitive and natural eye makeup remover for ages and I have finally found it! Thank you Esse. How to use: Wet your face so that it is damp. Pump about an almond size amount (or less) of the product onto the tip of a finger and gently rub the tips of your index and middle finger on both hands together so that each have even amount of product. Put the product onto closed eyes and gently move it around with your fingers for about 10-20 seconds (Gentle products like this take a bit more time as they are not stripping your eyes like harsher products). Rinse off with water! No need to use wipes/cotton pads/face clothes. (note: do not scrub at your eyes, simply move the product around with finger tips. The product will dissolve your makeup and loosen it without any scrubbing or rubbing)
