Did you know? Traditional Turkish delight dates back all the way to the late 1700s, though it it’s very likely that it was enjoyed for a long time before the oldest recorded recipes. It comes in many different flavours including mint, and vanilla however the most widely recognised variety is the red Turkish delight made with rose water.
