These healthier baking powders can be hard to come by, I also wish it was a bit more wallet-friendly. If you bake often this doesn't last long. But it's nice that it's free of rubbish.
Been using this for years! No difference for me in the amount of product required than what a recipe asks for. Just wish it came in a plastic free option?
Who needs baking powder that has nasties in it, when you can bake with something that's so much better for you and your family?
Very nice to use a baking powder that is free from toxic ingredients, yet you don't have to mix it up before every bake like other baking powders.
Aluminium free is a must and it works just as well as 'normal' baking powder - remember to double quantity of baking powder called for in the recipe that you are using.
