Although organic olive oil contains only small amounts of omega-3 fatty acids, the high oleic acid content may aid in incorporating omega-3 fatty acid into cell membranes. Description
Extra virgin olive oil comes from the first pressing of the olives, contains no more than 0.8% acidity, and is judged to have a superior taste. There can be no refined oil in extra virgin olive oil.

Satisfactory product. I had hoped however for a fruitier taste compared to the normal olive oils that I usually purchase. Unsure of whether it's worth the high price.

Not sure if this brand is bad or I just got a bad batch, but this olive oil was so bad that I had to throw it away. I use olive oil in a huge variety of foods, and lately it felt like my cooking was "off." My roasted potatoes and veggies, my stir fried greens, and several other items I made tasted vaguely soapy. I finally realized olive oil was the common denominator of my bad batches and tested my theory by trying some of the plain olive oil. Sure enough, it had a strange soapy taste to it. We won't be purchasing this particular brand again.
