I tried to be without it for a while because it's a fairly expensive product, but I'm back on it again because it really helps so much with my body's tolarence of starch.
I’m using this help manage my bloody sugar naturally as a result of PCOS, and so far have seen good results. I don’t find it bitter or unpleasant.
I have definitely noticed a marked improvement in my energy levels and find that I'm not quite so worn out at the end of the day. I will continue to take this supplement to see what the long-term benefits are.
So far so good. Only on one tablet per day in the morning at this stage and already feeling a decrease in appetite and experiencing hardly any cravings for sweet treats and all sorts of carbs! Will buy again.
Excellent supplement for helping with blood sugar levels. I follow a ketogenic diet and use this if and when I can't avoid extra carbs in my day (think restaurant food, celebrations etc). I'm not sure where others get a bitter taste from, as the capsule is easy to swallow and I've never had it repeating on me. Fantastic product.
