Description

Genuine Baltic amber has wonderful natural healing properties when worn against baby’s skin. As the resin beads warm up, they start to release succinic acid, which is ideal for calming irritable babies and toddlers during teething.

Succinic acid is a natural pain reliever, anti-inflammatory and central nervous system soother.
Reduces inflammation of the throat and ears
Stimulates the thyroid gland to help reduce drooling and soothes red, inflamed cheeks.
Amber's anti-inflammatory and therapeutic properties are also recognised by allopathic medicine.

Did You Know? Amber is a fossilised resin, not a stone. It is therefore warm to the touch, as well as very lightweight and comfortable to wear.

Care Instructions

Remove necklace at night while baby is sleeping and tie around baby’s ankle, with a sock over the ankle.
Store amber jewellery separately from any other jewellery.
Clean gently with a soft cloth dipped in lukewarm water, and wipe with a dry soft cloth.
Do not use ultrasonic or steam cleaners, solvents and detergents to clean Baltic amber.
If necessary, a very small drop of olive oil may be used to restore lustre to the beads.
To restore healing properties, place your beads in a glass bowl just covered with water under the full moon.

I let my son wear these beads from 3 months onwards and he has not struggled with teething at all. He is 10 months on 3rd on July and he has 8 teeth, 4 bottom and 4 on top. I still let him wear it. I have recommended the beads to my sister in law and she is wants to give it a try as well.I wish I had known about 9 years ago with my first son.

I bought the item in June and it fell apart in August.I had a previous brands one that lasted 2 years and I had to replace as the clasp eventually broke due to taking it off and on. I have never had one that had a bad fall off in 2 months of ownership. I don't have high hopes for this product 8f it is falling apart already.

I bought this in February 2018, my little girl has worn it day and night until I took it off last week when she had her tonsils removed. Unfortunately I saw then that the little clasp was broken, so I haven't been able to let her wear it again. I would recommend this product though, compared to what I have seen this is a very good price and I definitely feel that it makes a difference.

I bought this for my 4th baby (for my other 3 i relied on teejel). He seems to be less fussy than my other 3. I'm so glad! It does like it could break if a child get their hands on it but i've been very careful about not letting my son pull on it.

Bought this as a baby shower gift for a friend. I think it's a thoughtful gift because it will help relieve some of the baby's discomfort. Quite excited to give it to her.
