I'm enjoying the taste of this. I couldn't really say how it compares to that produced in Korea, but it really does add something special. It's only slightly spicy, a bit tangy with a hint of sweetness. It is a bit pricey for the amount you get, though.
Its nice that there's a ketogenic friendly gochujang paste by Che Gourmet, it would be tastier if you make it more spicy like a normal gochujang paste taste. This one is a bit sweeter than the non-keto gochujang.
This is the real deal, absolutely fabulous and worth every cent! It's really difficult to find condiments that don't have loads of preservatives in and to make them yourself without the right ingredients or recipe is even more challenging. Thank goodness I found this!
It contains Xylitol. A no no for me ! I wish I had seen a warning on the website before I bought it.
I literally only use this to make Korean fried chicken but it’s so good. The tub is kinda small so it only lasts me two uses
